Paul and his team at IT Support Guy are the best in town. They did three websites for us which garnared huge admiration from my colleagues in the sector. They did the nonprofit one for free to meet their CSR. They did the whole lot: website, outlook accounts, teams and all Microsoft apps. All these work seamlessly on our systems. The customer support is prompt and trouble shooting is breeze. Highly recommend this mob from the Hills. Tito, Southern Communities Council (SCC).

The team resolved a DNS issue and checked the network configuration to ensure connectivity was working properly. They also assisted with setting up a new PC, including the initial configuration, updates, and required settings. Everything was tested and ready to use. Great technical support.

IT Support Guy helped us set up McAfee and made sure our Oasis and HICAPS applications were properly excluded from the scan. They also checked everything thoroughly to ensure HICAPS was working without any issues. Quick and reliable support.
